The major where your business is everyone's business.

Description

We'd be lying if we said we've never dreamt of being on Shark Tank. (Well, not that we'd need to be. We're doing great.) Imagine pitching a TV show idea about pitching ideas. So meta. It's a great opportunity for entrepreneurs, but if we're honest, we'd rather be one of the sharks. They're the ones with all the power. They get to decide whether a pitch deserves a slam down or is a total slam-dunk. Nice.

In order to be a shark, we'd first have to clock some serious time studying business. One of the best things about this major is that it can launch you into almost any career field. Think about it. Whether you're after the CEO's chair at a major company (must be a nice chair), or interested in a smaller setting, a business degree can help you get there.

The business degree focuses on managing people and administration stuff. Business-people need to be able to solve problems and make good decisions with their eyes closed. Well, figuratively. They can problem-solve and create new solutions in their sleep. A business degree certainly gives students the skills to pay the bills, like making split-second decisions that are potentially worth millions of dollars.
